Start & End locations
When you start your canoe or kayak trip:
Unless otherwise agreed, canoes and kayaks will be ready for collection at the pre-arranged starting point at the start of the booking. The ordered canoes/kayaks will be placed together with the bottom facing up. At the same time, a delivery note is attached with the renter's name and other relevant information. Under the canoes and kayaks, you will find bags with pre-ordered life jackets and paddles, as well as any purchased extras.
When you finish the canoe or kayak trip:
When you have landed, it is important that you call us so we know that you have arrived safely. Please leave the canoes/kayaks and other equipment as you found them at the start of the trip.
