Start & End locations
When you start your canoe or kayak trip:
Unless otherwise agreed, canoes and kayaks will be ready for pick-up at the pre-arranged starting point at the start of the booking. The booked canoes/kayaks will be stored together with the bottom up. At the same time, a delivery note is attached with the renter's name and other relevant information. Under the canoes and kayaks you will find bags with pre-ordered life jackets and paddles/paddles, as well as any additional equipment you may have purchased.
When you finish the canoe or kayak trip:
Once you have landed, it is important that you call us so we know that you have arrived safely. Please leave your canoes/kayaks and other equipment as you found it at the start of the trip.
