About us

We've been operating canoe and kayak rentals on the entire Gudenåen, from Tørring to Fladbro near Randers, since 2002. We love it and feel incredibly privileged to be the natural choice when it comes to booking canoes and kayaks on the Gudenåen and Silkeborg Lakes. We have a high standard when it comes to service, boats and other equipment. We always strive to give our customers the best possible experience before, during and after the trip.

Since 2008, we have been Gudenåen's largest canoe and kayak rental company. We are based at Silkeborg Harbor, from where all hourly rental of canoes, kayaks and motorboats takes place, and we also rent canoes and kayaks along the entire Gudenåen. Over time, we have expanded to also offer car transportation, so customers' cars are ready for them at their final destination after a wonderful canoe or kayak trip.

In the year 2024 we have also got a base in Tørring, as we have bought Tørring Kanoudlejning and Kanofart, which is located at: Aagade 31, 7160 Tørring. We are proud and excited to be able to offer you to start your trip from this lovely place, where there is Kanohuset with a lovely setting with a covered area with table / bench set so breakfast can be enjoyed, toilets and plenty of space to quietly pack your Canoe or Kayak before the trip starts.

Kongensbro Teltplads is also owned by us, and in recent years we have transformed the site into a fantastic sanctuary with a toilet block, table/bench sets, fire pits and shelters. With its scenic location, it's a popular place to take a break or spend the night during your canoe or kayak trip.

We are constantly evolving and we are always open to new initiatives. We welcome both praise and praise, or good ideas that you come up with when you're on the water.
