Cancellation

Sometimes it may be necessary to cancel a planned trip, and we've made that easy and simple for you.

With us, you have the option to purchase a cancellation option, which is cheap, easy to purchase and a reassuring option if the trip has to be canceled.

By purchasing the cancellation option, you not only get more flexible options for canceling your booking, but you also get a larger part of the booking amount back. Cancellation can be done right here and the form only takes a moment to fill out, after which we will be notified and everything will run automatically.

The price for a cancellation add-on is 5% of the total amount of the booking, with a minimum of DKK 50. The add-on is selected and paid for during the booking and cannot be purchased after the booking has been completed.

Cancellation deadlines for purchases:

  • If canceled no later than 48 hours before the start date/time, 100% of the full amount will be refunded*.

  • If canceled no later than 36 hours before the start date/time, 75% of the full amount will be refunded*.

  • If canceled no later than 24 hours before the start date/time, 50% of the full amount will be refunded*.

  • If less than 24 hours before the start date/time, the amount is non-refundable.

*The amount for the purchased cancellation option is non-refundable.

Please note that you can always change your booking after payment has been completed by contacting us via email or phone.
Any optional extras are always refunded in full.
